Weezie is seeking a Fulfillment & Customization Manager to join our growing team. In this leadership role, you’ll oversee day-to-day fulfillment center operations in Austell, GA—where we satisfy customer orders in-house with our quality-minded fulfillment team and best-in-class customization capabilities. You’ll manage a talented team responsible for order management, picking, embroidery/customization, shipping, and quality control, and play an integral role in Weezie’s customization development process (including embroidery and applique testing and custom digitization).

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and optimize in-house fulfillment and customization.
  • Lead a team of fulfillment specialists, embroidery machine operators, and production leads by providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
  • Observe, document, and improve operational processes using KPIs to inform output, efficiency, cost, customization, and quality opportunities.
  • Apply a solution-oriented, adaptable approach to drive quarterly projects, solve problems, and enhance the operation’s scale, capability, and efficiency.
  • Facilitate testing, development, and launch of new products and customization offerings, managing automation logic and setting quality standards.
  • Oversee production of multichannel embroidery, applique, and non-embroidery fulfillment while managing staffing and scheduling to achieve output targets.

Who you are:

  • You have a 4-year degree and/or 4-5 years of leadership experience in distribution operations, logistics, or managing a team.
  • You’re a natural leader with a can-do attitude and a desire to learn.
  • You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • You’re an analytical, process-oriented problem-solver comfortable interpreting quantitative data and using Excel.
  • Your follow-through, high standards, organization, and attention to detail ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
  • You’re eager to roll up your sleeves, with a bias toward action and a willingness to find creative solutions.
  • You love a good challenge, and your passion for exceptional service aligns with Weezie’s determination to deliver a “wow” customer experience.
  • You are adaptable and comfortable with schedule changes as needed to support Weezie’s growth and operational needs.
