Customer Experience Associate (Part-Time)
Weezie is looking for a part-time Customer Experience associate to help us provide a best-in-class experience to our customers. As a part-time member of our growing Customer Experience (CX) team, you’ll play a key role in bringing the Weezie brand to life by communicating directly with customers to solve real-time issues, answer questions, & respond to user feedback. Our goal is to deliver the wow by exceeding all expectations every time we interact with our customers. If you’re organized, enthusiastic, and love helping others, we want you on our team!
This role will be required to work weekends. The expected hours are:
- Saturday and Sunday: 4 hours each, with the flexibility to set your own schedule
- An additional 2-3 days per week of your choosing, 4-8 hours each
What you'll do:
- Provide an exemplary customer experience by responding to customer inquiries through email, live chat, text, etc.
- Handle any and all customer requests including order cancellations, changes, shipping upgrades, etc.
- Ensure all customer feedback is logged and rescinded to
- Liaise with the operations team to support customer returns
- Execute support tasks as necessary including Surprise & Delight efforts, Customer Experience reporting, product launch preparation, carrier claims, etc.

- Organized, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- You have excellent written, verbal, & listening skills
- Positive, enthusiastic, kind, sincere & patient
- Flexible, versatile & adaptable - comfortable with a fast-paced environment and some degree of uncertainty
- A Weezie customer or brand fan!
