With nearly 70 employees who work hard but also know how to #enjoythestay, our team is searching for a Business Systems Manager to own and evolve the foundation of our internal systems as we scale.
The Role
Weezie is hiring its first Business Systems Manager to lead the implementation of our ERP and establish the foundation for how our systems environment operates as we scale. This role sits at the intersection of Operations and Technology, translating real workflows into well-configured systems and ensuring data and processes are reliable, consistent, and scalable.
You will own ERP delivery through go-live and stabilization, then build and execute the systems roadmap beyond it. You will streamline systems and build solutions that help teams move faster, while maintaining direct ownership of system reliability and data integrity across the business. This is a hands-on ownership role. You will drive decisions, resolve issues at the root, ensure our systems support business operations today, and build the systems discipline required for the next phase of growth.
What You'll Do
ERP Ownership - Implementation, Stabilization & Ongoing Management (40%)
- Own delivery of ERP implementation end-to-end
- Partner with Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to translate workflows into scalable system configuration
- Lead data preparation and migration (cleanup, mapping, validation), testing, and cutover
- Establish ERP as the system of record for inventory and operational data
- Own post-go-live support, configuration updates, and issue resolution
Systems Operating Structure & Roadmap (25%)
- Translate business needs into structured requirements and prioritized workstreams
- Identify and implement improvements that streamline systems and reduce friction
- Establish standards for how systems are used across operations and finance
- Define and own the systems roadmap across ERP and adjacent tools
Data Governance & Internal Reporting (20%)
- Define and enforce standards for master data (SKU, inventory, product)
- Own internal reporting structure, including EOS dashboards and operational reporting
- Ensure consistency of metrics across systems and reports
- Partner with teams to define reporting needs and validate outputs
- Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and training resources
Integrations, Reliability & Automation (15%)
- Own integrations across ERP, Shopify, WMS/3PL, and other core systems
- Ensure data flows are consistent, monitored, and reliable
- Diagnose and resolve root causes of system and data issues, including broken imports, sync failures, and data mismatches
- Implement targeted automation to reduce manual work and improve accuracy
Who You Are
- 6 to 8 years in business systems, ERP ownership, or operations technology
- Led or owned a full ERP or mission-critical system implementation
- Strong understanding of systems across ecommerce, supply chain, or operations environments
- Comfortable with APIs, integrations, and SaaS-based architectures
- Proficient in SQL and familiar with scripting (Python or similar) for data validation, automation, and integration support.
- Able to move between strategic system design and hands-on execution
- Structured thinker who can trace workflows and data across systems
- Clear communicator who can align technical and business stakeholders
- Strong point of view on best practices for data integrity, system reliability, and scalable design
