Senior Manager of Digital Product

We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Digital Product to bring Weezie’s digital presence to life - owning the strategy and execution of product launches, promotions, and site merchandising that result in seamless, high-converting customer journeys.
Reporting to our Director of Digital Product, this is a high-impact role that requires close collaboration with Marketing and Merchandising teams to ensure campaigns and launches translate into the digital experience. This role will lead go-to-market execution, site merchandising, and performance optimization across our Shopify Plus site.
What You’ll Do
- Own digital GTM strategy and execution for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotions
- Define site merchandising strategy across homepages, PLPs, and PDPs, ensuring the approach reflects the brand and the “why” behind each product and campaign as well as inventory investments & constraints
- Manage and develop two direct reports, providing clarity, accountability, and mentorship
- Manage all promotional site execution including set-up, QA, validation, and go-live
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting on site performance, including collections, PLPs, and PDPs, leveraging insights to optimize site structure, merchandising, and content
- Identify opportunities for A/B testing and CRO improvements, and partner with leadership to prioritize the A/B testing roadmap
- Lead traditional product work - defining development work, building product specifications, feature documentation and identifying/sharing website bug issues for resolution in conjunction with our outsourced development agency
- Own product discovery touchpoints- collection pages, landing pages, filtering, checkout, search, post-purchase & upsell
- Oversee tech stack & relationship with Shopify Apps (ie Site Merch tools, Shipping & Script platforms, Registry, etc) and identify / research needs to drive incremental efficiency in process and business ROI
- Partner with the Director of Digital Product on feature specifications, QA, handoff to the development agency, and long-term roadmap planning

Who You Are
- 5-7 years of experience in digital product, eCommerce, or merchandising
- At least 1 year of people management experience
- Experienced with Shopify Plus and site merchandising tools a plus
- A detail-oriented executor who thrives on managing complexity and competing priorities
- Analytical mindset with comfort using BI tools to synthesize and analyze site performance data
- A positive, team player who excels at collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management
