Part-Time Retail Associate

Weezie is a high end direct-to-consumer bath company redefining what luxury looks like today. We are looking for an enthusiastic associate for our retail experience and community center in Buckhead. In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador by providing a best-in-class experience to our customers. You will communicate directly with customers to solve real-time issues, answer questions, and respond to feedback in-store. We’re looking for someone who has a passion for customer experience, retail, and Weezie.

What you'll do:

• Act as a hostess of our store by offering a personable and impressionable experience, focusing on building a relationship with our customers that lasts beyond the retail floor
• Serve as the voice of Weezie to customers by telling our story, solving real-time issues, answering questions, and responding to feedback
• Maintain daily functions of our retail space such as: offering prompt service, closing the sale, replenishing the sales floor with inventory, and keeping the space organized and clean
• Master all store processes and policies so you’re the go-to for customer and employee questions
• Support retail management in executing strategic projects and tasks in-store

• Work from our happy, light-filled store located in the East Andrews shopping center in Buckhead during store hours (generally Tuesday-Saturday, though flexibility is required)
