Fulfillment Manager - B2B

With nearly 90 employees who work hard but also know how to #enjoythestay, we are searching for a Fulfillment Manager of B2B to join our team as we continue to grow.
Weezie is seeking a Fulfillment Manager of B2B to lead all order flows outside our core D2C channel and own the systems and equipment that support our customization operation. This full-time, onsite role is based at our Austell Fulfillment Center and reports to the Director of Operations.
What You’ll Do
B2B Fulfillment & Execution - 40%
- Order Prioritization & Delivery: Own the prioritization and on-time fulfillment of all non-D2C order types, including wholesale, key accounts, custom logo, gifting, retail replenishment, and photo shoots, averaging 250+ orders per month and growing rapidly.
- Custom Program Fulfillment: Manage the fulfillment of the custom logo and gifting pipeline from receipt of production-ready files through fulfillment and delivery, ensuring consistent quality and clear handoffs.
- Retailer & Account Compliance: Own key account, wholesale, and EDI compliance, ensuring all packaging, labeling, documentation, and routing guide requirements are met to avoid chargebacks.
- Process & Quality Standards: Maintain the SOPs, controls, and quality checks needed to execute specialized order flows accurately and consistently as volume and complexity grow.
- Issue Prevention & Resolution: Investigate late orders, defects, chargebacks, and customer-facing errors, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions and durable process improvements to mitigate issue recurrence.
Fulfillment Enablement: Systems & Equipment - 40%
- Embroidery Automation: Own the customization automation’s systems configuration, mappings, exceptions, and issue resolution to keep embroidery and applique production running accurately and efficiently.
- Equipment Reliability: Manage the embroidery and applique machine maintenance program, including preventative maintenance, repairs, parts inventory, and reporting. Minimize downtime through proactive upkeep and swift diagnosis and repair.
- Documentation & Coverage: Maintain clear system and equipment documentation, escalation procedures, and cross-training to reduce single points of failure.
Team Leadership - 20%
- Team Management: Lead a team of 4-5 skilled specialists through hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and day-to-day performance management.
- Prioritization & Accountability: Set clear daily priorities, ownership, objectives, and performance expectations across the team.
- Culture & Standards: Foster a culture of ownership, direct communication, continuous improvement, policy compliance, and high standards for execution.

Who You Are
- 4-7 years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, logistics, manufacturing, wholesale or retail operations, hospitality, or another fast-paced, process-driven environment; experience with key accounts, EDI, or complex customer requirements is a plus.
- Strong people leader who builds accountability, coaches performance, and motivates teams to operate at a high level, leading with a "we" over "I" mindset.
- Highly organized and operationally minded, with strong judgment, prioritization, and real-time problem-solving skills across complex workflows. You’re a masterful prioritizer who knows when progress beats perfection and where to focus effort for the highest impact.
- Clear, direct communicator who creates alignment, delivers feedback effectively, and stays composed under pressure, fostering a team that assumes the best in each other and operates with a shared, can-do attitude.
