Brand Marketing Intern

Weezie is looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, towel time-loving Brand Marketing Intern to join our team this Summer. This is a unique opportunity to join a small but fast-growing company and get a first-hand look behind the scenes of a consumer brand. You will gain exposure to a wide range of Brand Marketing functions including influencer marketing, press, social media, events/retail and more. The perfect candidate is hard-working, has a “no task too small” attitude and is a Weezie brand fan. 

A small sampling of what you’ll do: 

• Support the Brand Marketing team across a range of tasks in preparation for product launches and other brand initiatives
• Assist with influencer gifting, press coordination, partnership facilitation, and more
• Contribute to strategic projects such as the continued development of our Campus / Brand Ambassador Program and Interior Design Program
• Work alongside our Social Media Manager to support content planning and execution for both Instagram and TikTok
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms to boost engagement
• Support in-store events and activations, as needed

Who you are: 

• You have a background (or interest) in marketing, or are working towards a degree in a related field 
• You are a rising college senior or junior
• You take initiative and “own” any job given to you from start to finish
• You are detail-oriented and organized
• You are a proactive taskmaster and have the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
• You are a team player and not afraid of a challenge

What you can expect: 

• You will work Tuesday-Thursday from our Westside Provisions District office and potentially a few hours on Mondays and Fridays as needed
• 20-30 hours per week
• Unpaid, but opportunity to earn class credit, if applicable
