Operations Manager, Supply Chain & Inventory
About the Role
Weezie is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and proactive Operations Manager, Supply Chain & Inventory to own and optimize key supply chain and inventory operations as we enter our next phase of growth. Reporting to the Head of Inbound & Finance Operations and partnering closely with the COO, this role has broad ownership across inbound supply chain, inventory, and operational readiness, ensuring inventory arrives on time, is accurately accounted for, and is available when and where the business needs it. You will also lead and develop our Inbound Supply Chain Coordinator, ensuring day-to-day execution is proactive, accurate, and aligned with broader business objectives.

What You'll Do
Supply Chain Management (40%)
- Own end-to-end inbound freight execution from supplier readiness through receipt at the Fulfillment Center.
- Own supplier and logistics partner performance across freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and manufacturers, balancing cost, service, risk, and reliability.
- Optimize shipment planning to support inventory availability, product launches, wholesale commitments, and customer delivery expectations.
- Monitor freight performance, market conditions, costs, capacity, and risks, proactively identifying issues and recommending solutions.
- Evaluate supply chain performance and identify opportunities to improve cost, service, efficiency, and resiliency.
- Partner cross-functionally to provide visibility into inbound inventory and supply chain performance.
Inventory Management & Controls (40%)
- Own inventory accuracy and integrity across systems and physical locations.
- Establish and maintain inventory controls, receiving standards, audit routines, reconciliations, and exception management processes.
- Investigate and resolve inventory variances, receiving issues, and system discrepancies.
- Partner with Fulfillment to establish inventory control standards, receiving processes, cycle count programs, and replenishment workflows.
- Track and report on inventory health, accuracy, and operational performance.
- Manage forecasting and replenishment of non-sellable inventory and operational supplies.
Business Operations (20%)
- Drive operational improvements through reporting, automation, AI-enabled tools, and scalable process design.
- Translate business objectives into scalable operational processes that enable consistent execution across operations.
- Partner with the Business Systems Manager on systemic supply chain and inventory process design, testing, data governance, and standing up new operational capabilities.
- Own the creation and maintenance of SOPs, documentation, controls, and cross-functional workflows.
- Ensure operational readiness for new products, suppliers, channels, and strategic initiatives.

Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, or operations, with direct ownership of inbound freight and inventory processes.
- Strategic and forward-thinking, with the ability to anticipate risks, identify opportunities, and proactively solve problems before they impact the business.
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to translate data and ambiguity into practical decisions.
- Systems-minded and comfortable working with ERP, WMS, inventory management, reporting, and operational tools.
- Strong cross-functional communicator who can effectively partner with Merchandising, Fulfillment, Finance, Marketing, CX, and external partners.
- Process-oriented operator who identifies root causes and builds scalable solutions, not just one-time fixes.
- Curious, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
