Brand Marketing Specialist -- Atlanta, GA

Weezie is looking for a Brand Marketing Specialist to bring our brand to life through public relations (PR), partnerships, events, and other community initiatives. This is a unique chance to gain exposure to all aspects of building a luxury brand. Reporting to the Sr. Brand Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in executing campaigns and activations that build awareness, deepen customer connections, and support growth across channels.

This role is equally creative and operational: you’ll manage our PR agency, oversee events and partnerships, and support cross-functional brand-building initiatives. If you’re a proactive collaborator, a detail-obsessed project manager, and a brand enthusiast ready to make an impact at a fast-growing modern luxury brand, this role is for you.

What you’ll do:

• Serve as day-to-day liaison with PR agency to align on strategy and oversee deliverables that amplify brand awareness.
• Manage PR requests, including interviews, gifting, and other high-profile initiatives
• Support Weezie’s event calendar by owning logistics, staffing, and execution
• Build community by creating meaningful connections with customers and partners both online and offline
• Collaborate with Growth and Creative teams on influencer activations to drive brand awareness and support content needs
• Manage partnership projects and support cross-functional coordination and communication to ensure alignment
• Maintain partnership trackers and reporting to ensure smooth execution and visibility across teams
• Provide flexible support for content production and other creative projects as needed.

Who you are:

• 2-4 years of experience in brand marketing, communications, PR, or a related field (D2C or consumer brand experience is a plus).
• Passionate about the Weezie brand and eager to contribute to its growth.
• Highly organized with a knack for project management and cross-functional communication.
• Exceptional communicator, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and building relationships internally and externally.
• Creative thinker who’s tuned into cultural and industry trends.
• Proactive and resourceful—you’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting quickly in a high-growth environment

• Hybrid work environment - You will work from our Westside Provisions District corporate office Tuesday-Thursday, and will have periodic visits to our fulfillment center in Austell.
